• you can exchange your items within 2 days after claiming items.
• you can exchange your items, as long as they are in the same condition they were delivered in, within 5 days after claiming items inside Cairo.
• if you choose to exchange your items, we require you to pay the delivery charge again so the courier reclaims the package and/or delivers the item you exchanged for.

متاح استبدال العناصر خلال ٥ ايام فقط من تاريخ الاستلام على ان تكون العناصر فى نفس حالة استلامها ولا يمكن استرجاع المنتج إلا فى حالة و جود عيوب تصنيع فقط. يوجد مصاريف شحن فى حالة استبدال الشحنات وهذة المصاريف خاصة بشركة الشحن.
